HighA signal to look more closely at the amount of a nutrient and the portion.
See the macros behind your meals and the personalisation behind every suggestion. Adam’s Apple brings nutrition into recipe creation and meal planning, shaped by the profile you build.
Protein, carbohydrates and fat are displayed alongside energy, so the nutritional picture stays close to the food.
See estimated amounts per serving in the app and understand how a recipe fits the goals in your profile. Nutrition becomes part of choosing what to cook and building your meal plan.
The personalised nutrition engine uses your preferences, goals and app usage to guide recipe generation and meal planning. It brings the numbers together with what you actually enjoy eating.

Illustrative figures, not a nutritional analysis of the pictured meal. In-app nutrition figures are estimates and depend on ingredients and serving sizes.
We plan to introduce red, amber and green (RAG) nutrition indicators using the UK front-of-pack format: energy, fat, saturates, sugars and salt. Clear words alongside colour will help you read the guidance at a glance.
Worked example A from the UK front-of-pack guide. These figures describe its example ready meal, not a recipe or photograph on this website.

A middle-range indicator to help you compare the nutritional picture.
A quick way to recognise a lower amount of the nutrient being shown.
On food packaging, these colours describe levels of fat, saturated fat, sugars and salt. They are not a rating of protein or a judgement of an entire meal. Our planned guidance will sit alongside your personalised nutrition profile. Energy has no traffic-light colour. Nutrient colours use per-100g values, with an additional high-per-portion check for food portions over 100g. Percentages show adult reference intakes. Read the UK front-of-pack guidance ↗
Concept preview. The app’s indicator rules and presentation are still to be implemented.
Seasonal food highlights will bring fresh inspiration and ingredient information into the app.
Discover what is in season, learn more about its nutritional contribution and find ways to use it in recipes and meal plans. The idea is to make variety feel natural, with more reasons to try something different as the year changes.
Bring your nutrition profile into a week of meals, then turn the plan into a shopping list.
